Alabama Law HB445 establishes a statewide licensing, testing, labeling, taxation and enforcement system regulating who may sell consumable hemp products in Alabama, effective January 1, 2026.

This law bans all online sales of hemp products to anyone in Alabama. We are currently working on getting the appropriate license to be able to open a location in Huntsville for local pickup. If you are located in another region of Alabama and are looking to receive our products, please reach out via the contact form and we will attempt to find a legal route to do so, likely finding for a local licensed shop in your area to carry our products.
