We have been gathering information (emails/texts/screenshots) from those who have reached out, please send anything you feel comfortable sending to service@tranquilcbd.shop, and believe this scam is being carried out via Facebook Ads, wherein the scammers attempt to get you to make a purchase for CBD Gummies via a link on Facebook and/or attempt to follow up with the people later via text to make a purchase with a deep discount due to the them having issues checking out originally. However, this is not the only way people have been scammed as some are saying they never made a purchase, likely meaning their card information was already stolen and used to create a fake purchase.

Also, we have been able to confirm that some people are receiving packages, but typically with more product then they wanted which is when they realize they had been overcharged, while others have caught the overcharging right away when they receive their confirmation email.

If you believe you have been caught up in this scam, whether you actually completed a purchase or just received confirmation that a purchase was made, you need to check all your card statements and dispute any charge you see related to this as well as have them issue a new card, being your card is now compromised allowing the scammers to sell the data and/or setup a subscription to charge you periodically, something we have also heard people are combatting.
